What LLMindMap Does
LLMindMap is a Chrome extension that reads your chat conversations on supported AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and converts them into interactive mindmaps displayed in the browser side panel.
Data We Collect
- Conversation text: When you click "Fetch," the extension reads the visible conversation on the current tab. This text is sent to our server to generate a mindmap structure.
- Generated mindmaps: The mindmap data (node labels and tree structure) is stored locally in your browser via
chrome.storage.local. If you are signed in, the mindmap and its source conversation text are also stored in our database, tied to your account, so features like Node Q&A, Node Expand, and Mindmap Search can reference the original context.
- Account information: If you sign in, your email address is stored for authentication purposes.
- Usage events: If you opt in to Mind Tracing, anonymized interaction events (e.g., node clicks, expansions) are collected to build your thinking profile.
How We Use Your Data
- Conversation text is sent to our server, processed by an LLM (Anthropic Claude) to generate the mindmap, and — when you are signed in — stored in our database (Supabase, Tokyo region) tied to the resulting mindmap. We retain it because Node Q&A, Node Expand, Mindmap Search, and Gap Analysis re-read the source conversation on demand. You can export or permanently delete this data at any time from the extension settings (see "Your Rights" below).
- Mind Tracing data, when opted in, is stored in our database (Supabase, hosted in Tokyo, Japan) to provide personalized thinking insights.
- We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
Data Storage and Security
- Mindmaps are always cached locally in your browser. When you are signed in, generated mindmaps and the source conversation text are also stored server-side, tied to your account, to power Node Q&A, Node Expand, Mindmap Search, and Gap Analysis.
- Server-side data is stored in Supabase with Row-Level Security (RLS), ensuring users can only access their own data.
- API keys are kept server-side and never exposed to the extension.
Third-Party Services
Permissions
- activeTab / scripting: To read conversation content from the current tab when you click Fetch.
- sidePanel: To display the mindmap in Chrome's side panel.
- storage: To save mindmaps and preferences locally.
- identity: To support Google sign-in.
Your Rights
- You can delete all locally stored mindmaps by clearing extension data in Chrome settings.
- If signed in, you can request export or deletion of your server-side data from the extension settings.
- Mind Tracing is opt-in and can be disabled at any time.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the extension evolves. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

LLMindMapは、対応するAIプラットフォーム（ChatGPT、Claude、Gemini）上のチャット会話を読み取り、ブラウザのサイドパネルにインタラクティブなマインドマップとして表示するChrome拡張機能です。
収集するデータ
- 会話テキスト:「取得」ボタンをクリックすると、拡張機能は現在のタブに表示されている会話を読み取ります。このテキストはマインドマップ構造を生成するためにサーバーに送信されます。
- 生成されたマインドマップ: マインドマップデータ（ノードラベルとツリー構造）は、
chrome.storage.localを使用してブラウザにローカル保存されます。サインインしている場合は、マインドマップおよび元の会話テキストもアカウントに紐づけて当社のデータベースに保存されます（Node Q&A、ノード展開、マインドマップ検索などの機能で元の文脈を参照するため）。
- アカウント情報: サインインした場合、認証目的でメールアドレスが保存されます。
- 利用イベント: Mind Tracingにオプトインした場合、匿名化されたインタラクションイベント（ノードクリック、展開など）が思考プロファイルの構築のために収集されます。
データの利用方法
- 会話テキストはサーバーに送信され、LLM（Anthropic Claude）でマインドマップを生成するために処理されます。サインインしている場合、生成されたマインドマップに紐づけてデータベース（Supabase、東京リージョン）に保存されます。Node Q&A、ノード展開、マインドマップ検索、ギャップ分析などの機能が必要に応じて元の会話を再参照するためです。拡張機能の設定からいつでもエクスポートまたは完全削除できます（下記「ユーザーの権利」を参照）。
- オプトインされたMind Tracingデータは、パーソナライズされた思考インサイトを提供するために、データベース（Supabase、東京リージョン）に保存されます。
- お客様のデータを販売、共有、広告目的で使用することはありません。
データの保存とセキュリティ
- マインドマップは常にブラウザにローカルキャッシュされます。サインインしている場合は、生成されたマインドマップと元の会話テキストもアカウントに紐づけてサーバー側に保存され、Node Q&A、ノード展開、マインドマップ検索、ギャップ分析などの機能を提供します。
- サーバー側のデータは、行レベルセキュリティ（RLS）を備えたSupabaseに保存され、ユーザーは自分のデータのみにアクセスできます。
- APIキーはサーバー側で管理され、拡張機能に公開されることはありません。

権限
- activeTab / scripting: 取得ボタンクリック時に、現在のタブから会話コンテンツを読み取るため。
- sidePanel: Chromeのサイドパネルにマインドマップを表示するため。
- storage: マインドマップと設定をローカルに保存するため。
- identity: Googleサインインをサポートするため。
お客様の権利
- Chromeの設定で拡張機能のデータを消去することにより、ローカルに保存されたすべてのマインドマップを削除できます。
- サインインしている場合、拡張機能の設定からサーバー側のデータのエクスポートまたは削除をリクエストできます。
- Mind Tracingはオプトイン方式であり、いつでも無効にできます。
ポリシーの変更
拡張機能の進化に伴い、本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。変更はこのページに反映され、施行日が更新されます。
